Patient Ombudsman is a champion for fairness in Ontario’s health sector organizations. We facilitate resolutions and investigate patient and caregiver complaints – without taking sides – about patient care and experiences in public hospitals, long-term care home and community care services coordinated by the LHIN (formerly CCAC).

Our services are free and confidential.
