HOW

The Patient Ombudsman’s bilingual team will be set up to intake complaints directly onsite in Sudbury. People are invited to come and share their concerns face-to-face about their care and/or patient experience at local hospitals, LTC homes or with CCAC services during the times listed above.

WHY

We look forward to listening to as many people as possible. Voicing complaints is important as it helps to identify bigger issues and prevent others from going through similar experiences. This effort can lead to better care for everyone.
