Patient Ombudsman cannot book COVID-19 vaccine appointments for Ontarians. We can only take complaints about vaccine clinics operated by public hospitals, after you have made a complaint with the hospital.
Calls and formal complaints to Patient Ombudsman are extremely high at this time.
